Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

Admin

Perform day to day activities required to support office activities
Maintain office supply inventory
Liaison to facilities maintenance and landlord support staff
Security - maintain employee, and visitor badge access as well as sign in log
Shipping and receiving activities
Administer trade compliance process for international shipping
Support visitor activities requirements
Support office events
Support inventory and asset administrative activities
Support purchase order and invoice administrative activities
Support local IT activities - equipment deployment administrative activities

HR

Assist new employees through the hiring and orientation process, ensuring all necessary documents are completed, and that relevant information is retained on file
Process all background checks and license applications for new employees
Ensure all HR forms are up-to-date
Maintain all employee files.
Track performance management and notify supervisors of upcoming employee anniversaries
Participate and help facilitate company-wide community involvement
Perform other tasks as required

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

Must Have Basic computer skills – Windows, Word, Excel, etc,
Must Have good oral and written communications skills
